ANDANI MAKHADO Managing Director: Projects

Andani holds a Masters of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Birmingham in The United Kingdom with a major in Sustainable Construction and the construction and management of Green Buildings. She holds National Diploma and a Bachelors Technical Degree (construction management) from the Tshwane University of Technology Pretoria; Andani has gained considerable experience as a Construction Site Engineer on several building contracts with Group 5 Building (Pty) Ltd where she served for six years, before moving to Rainbow Construction where she worked in the same capacity. She has worked as a site engineer on a number of large scale buildings, and has developed in the industry into Project and Programme Management, before working for MDSA Construction and Project Managers and later at BKS Engineering and management respectively as a Project Manager.Ms Makhado has ample experience in the project management of inner city, and civil structures, specialising in construction of office structures, retail structures, space planning, Revamps, PPP advisory services and relocation.

She is also a construction site safety specialist. She has recently taken severe interest in municipal IDP and LED as well as Turnaround Strategies in infrastructure and the project managing thereof.

Her experience in project and construction management, facilities management as well as quantity survey includes the management of site safety, quality assurance and documentation. Andani holds membership with the Council for Professional Construction Project Managers as well as the Association of Construction Project Managers. Andani single handed opened BONO doors in June 2008 with the first projects of Interior Architect to the Library at the Union Building (The Presidency), as well the Vodacom Foundation, renovating and building dilapidated rural schools. She has worked on and has personally been directly involved in the completion of all projects completed and managed by Bono. She has special interest in the implementation of green construction.

Andani continues to contribute to the industry by working as a full time lecturer to the Building department at the Tshwane University of Technology. She has passion in ensuring Bono becomes a vehicle company that thrives on motivating and training students from Technology Institutes and Universities, ensuring they are hired and trained whilst awaiting other employment. She also serves as a motivational speaker to women as well as youth encouraging them to be involved in the industry that has enriched her.

WILLIE JANSEN VAN RANSBURG Quantity Survey
(Pr SACQSP)
Willie Jansen van Ransburg is registered QS with a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying He has joined Bono Infrastructure, Facilities and Project Management team in June 2013 as the Deputy Director Quantity Surveying. His key areas in experience and expertise are Quantity Surveying, Risk Analysis, Estimates and viability, tender adjudication and Construction Project Management.

DZULANI SADIKI Chief Project Manager
Dzulani joined our team full time in January 2022. He has been providing skills and expertise in various Bono IFPM projects since 2010 on a parttime basis. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management; Diploma in project management from the Academy of York; certificate in Microsoft Projects Level 2; certificate in engineering and construction management; certificate in handling projects in a consulting engineer’s practice and a project management certificate from the National Occupational Safety & Health Consultancy. He has 17 years’ experience and which has allowed Bono IFPM to grow in both skills and project execution. Mr. Sadiki is a dedicated and passionate leader.

TAKALANI MAGORO Quantity Surveyor
Takalani joined the Bono Infrastructure, Facilities and Project Management team in June 2017 as our quantity surveyor. She holds a BTech: Quantity Surveying and NDip: Building; certificate in construction project management; certificate in Local Content preparation for submission and RIBCCS 0201 Construction Estimating & Valuation certificate all acquired from the Tshwane University of Technology. She received an award for Regional winner for Young Aspiring Entrepreneurs Business Plan Competition in 2018. She has 5 years experience in the construction industry and has been providing Bono IFPM with more accurate and compliant expertise.
